Beefind does not manufacture, store, sell, or ship products. Any purchase resulting from links or offers found on Beefind is completed directly with the external merchant.
Beefind is not responsible for:

Warranty or guarantees provided by the merchant
Transactions processed on third-party websites
All purchases are governed by the merchant’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Beefind only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree NOT to:
Misuse promotional offers
Attempt to manipulate tracking, referral links, or cashback
Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
Engage in fraudulent, automated, or unauthorized activities
Copy or scrape Beefind data without written permission
Beefind may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Affiliate Links and Compensation
Some links on Beefind are affiliate links. When you click such a link and make a purchase, Beefind may earn a referral commission from the merchant or affiliate network.
Clicking a link does not increase the price you pay
Compensation is paid by the merchant or affiliate network, not by the user
Not all clicks or purchases result in tracked commissions
Beefind makes no guarantee of cashback unless explicitly confirmed and approved
4. Cashback (Future Feature)
Where cashback is offered:
Cashback amounts, eligibility, and timing depend on the affiliate network and merchant
Cashback may be pending for weeks or months, depending on return windows and merchant approval
Withdrawals may require identity verification to comply with anti-fraud laws
Beefind reserves the right to decline, adjust, or revoke cashback in cases of cancellation, refunds, or suspected fraud
Cashback is not earned until the merchant reports a validated commission to Beefind.
5. Accounts & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are liable for all activity under their account.
Beefind may restrict, suspend, or delete accounts for:
Fraudulent use
Abuse of referral mechanics
Providing false information
Violations of these Terms
You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
6. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
Beefind is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:
Merchant products or descriptions
Accuracy of prices, stock levels, or discounts
Timeliness of affiliate reporting or cashback
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beefind is not liable for:
Losses related to purchases made on third-party sites
Delays or failures in affiliate tracking
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Platform interruptions, bugs, or technical issues
Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
Beefind branding, design, and content may not be copied, distributed, scraped, or republished without written permission.
User-submitted content may be stored, displayed, or removed by Beefind.

Beefind does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their content, policies, or security practices.
